Who are we?

We are Christian couples and we live a journey of evangelical perfection in the world by drawing inspiration from the Holy Family of Nazareth, model, light and fountain of grace.
We propose as our goal the sanctification of married and family life while embracing the gift of the vows of poverty, chastity and obedience as couples and while fermenting with evangelical witnessing the environments wherein we live and work: the home, work, the ecclesial community and society.

The state of the members of the “Holy Family” Institute is its being secular inasmuch as they tend to perfection of charity in the world, while, in the juridical sense and without being an organized body, it is aggregated to the Society of St. Paul and is a composite part of the Pauline Family founded by Fr. Giacomo Alberione.

What do we do?

We share in the spirituality and apostolate of the Pauline Family by committing ourselves to accomplish our mission above all through a Christian presence of evangelization in the home and in reference to the ecclesial community and to society.

We give guidance to spiritual meetings of families, we prepare couples for marriage or parents for the baptism of their children; we give assistance to couples with problems; we promote life in all it stages. We organize parish ,missions, Gospel weeks, and we spread with all the means of social communications the teachings of the Church on the family. We are present in fifteen countries spread in three continents: America, Asia, Europe.

Why do we do it?

In order to respond to the call to holiness through the journey of evangelical perfection and in order to collaborate in the saving action of God towards the family, the heart of society.

Members of the Institute are informed regarding what is going on through a twice-monthly publication: Gesù Maestro (Jesus Master).
